It is precisely in that place "where he is"

"And from there you will seek the Lord your God, and you will find him, for you will do it with all your heart and with all your being."
(Debarim-Deuteronomy 4, 29)

Wherever you are, there you must seek the Blessed Creator.

It is precisely in that place "where He is"
(Bereshit-Genesis 21, 17) That man must elevate and connect with the One who transcends all places, who is the Creator, Blessed Be He, and who is "the place of the world."

It is then that man can truly serve the Blessed Creator. For there is no place that can hinder him.
And even if due to sin you fall "to the place that is not good", the lowest, densest and dirtiest place, even there you must keep in mind the Blessed Creator, for He is "the place in the world". In Him there is room for everything, so there is no fall.
From wherever man is dragged, he can always return to the Creator, blessed be He. "And from there you shall seek the Lord your God" (Debarim-Deuteronomy 4, 29) From there! From the place where "He is."
