The creator rebukes who loves

The creator rebukes who loves

Happy is the man whom the Creator chastens, and whom you teach your Torah" (Tehilim - Psalms 94-12)
If you're going through a difficult time, don't worry, Hashem is right there and is allowing it for your good.
As King David says:
"How good it is for me that I have been afflicted, that I may learn your statutes. I prefer the Torah from your mouth to thousands of pieces of gold and silver. Your hands have made me and molded me; give me understanding that I may learn your commandments."
(Tehilim- Psalms 119: 71-73)
Punishment and suffering are what lead a person to a greater perception of the Torah.
And indeed, if through suffering you increase your understanding, this will be a sign that you have achieved something great and that you have worked with suffering in the appropriate way.
Your deepening of spiritual awareness is a sign that you were able to utilize suffering to reach the state of "Bitul" (which is self-nullification) in the ultimate goal, because the vestige that remains after the state of "Bitul" is what generates an increase in the understanding of the Torah.
