Parasha dist Leja "Go from yourself"
"Lej Lejá" Bereshit-Genesis 12:1- 17,27.
It is written:
"Go from your country and from the place of your birth and from your father's house. I will make you into a great nation, I will bless you and make your name great."
The challenges our Patriarch Abraham faced must also be faced by his descendants! ((Lech Lecha)) literally means: "GO TOWARDS YOURSELF" (go to your soul), which is your true self.
May all your travels and searches be focused on discovering your soul and its roots.
How can this be achieved? "Leaving your homeland," distancing yourself from materialism and the physical attractions of this world.
No matter how deeply you think you have descended into material existence, you should know that you can also leave it behind.
"From the place of your birth" (where you were born and raised)
"From your father's house" (From your family, friends, and neighbors). Even if your beginnings were humble, you can yearn for great heights.
"You don't have to always carry your story, or your backpack."
