The original matzah balls, known in Yiddish as "knaydlaj", also called Matza balls, (matza balls) are a typical recipe of Jewish cuisine, especially Ashkenazi bean, they are made from flour matzah. They are usually served with hot soup (vegetable and chicken broth). It is a very typical meal for the days of Pesach.

The box contains two packages of 65 grams each, of flour prepared to make the balls, you just have to add egg and a pinch of salt.
